Small Animal Farm Fund

Small Animal Farm Fund

We are working toward a common goal: to reduce the number of animals in our shelter. We need the community’s support in order to REDUCE!

Prevention is so much more cost effective than treatment, which can be very expensive for farm owners. This is one of the main reasons why the Beaufort County Animal Services has created the Small Animal Farm Fund.

With education and some financial aid, farmers could improve husbandry, and more animals would survive to become productive. It’s not just livestock, it’s snakes, fish, wildlife, anything.

Below are just some of the other kinds of animals with whom we rescue. Not all of our wildlife calls are listed.
